Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Adecco. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and moving raw materials into the warehouse and on to production areas, and then finished product from production areas through the wrapping, marshalling, and loading process in line with operating standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all operational duties within the role, ensuring that performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Load goods In & Out, and learn Goods In / Goods Out office expectations.
  • Check for damaged or missing items, and update records of stock.
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date, and work within a team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Complete key production tasks and compliance checks.
Requirements
  • Previous Warehouse experience.
  • Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions and read computer-generated documents and delivery notes.
  • Ability to count accurately and to perform simple math calculations.
  • Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and/or lifting, in line with Health & Safety regulations.
  • PC Literacy.
  • Reach Truck/Counterbalance license.
