Main Duties:- Providing expert advice on trust creation and administration, including estate planning and tax optimization.
- Representing clients in court proceedings related to probate and inheritance tax matters.
- Preparing complex documents such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
You should have at least 5 years PQE and a strong background in trusts, probates, and estate planning. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £125,000 per annum.
