Aquatic Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Aquatic Instructors to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As an Aquatic Instructor, you will deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to Lifeguard at our pool in between lessons, alongside assisting with our administration tasks.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification, NPLQ qualification or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.

Job Requirements:
  • To teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme.
  • To communicate with the children's parents/guardians concerning their development, and advise on their progression through the programme.
  • To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline.
  • To assist with our administration tasks in the office.

Our estimated salary for this position is £20-£25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
