We are excited to partner with a dynamic consultancy to find experienced Chartered Building Surveyors. As a member of their team, you will conduct high-quality building surveys, provide expert advice on property value and potential risks, and administer contracts to ensure timely project completion.
Job Requirements:
- MRICS qualification.
- Recent gain of chartered status or a few years' experience within a consultancy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on level of experience, along with annual leave and bank holiday entitlement, company pension scheme, car allowance, private healthcare, group income protection, and a flexible benefits platform make this an attractive opportunity.
