Job Overview

Version 1 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, technical architects, and UX/UI designers, to understand business requirements and drive solution design and development.
  • Ensure code meets requirements and adheres to our architectural and front-end coding standards and patterns.
  • Optimize applications using best practices for performance.
  • Propose upgrades and updates necessary for maintaining modern security and best practices.
  • Contribute to shared component libraries and build modular, reusable components and libraries.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and share knowledge with the wider team.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in front-end development with significant experience working with React Native.
  • Experience with React, RTK Query, Graph QL, REST, and Jest for unit testing.
  • Strong core front-end skillset of HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience working with Government component libraries or Material UI is advantageous.
  • SC-cleared or eligible.
