Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Product Manager to lead our team in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. As a key member of the Corporate & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability in the EMEA market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Working Capital Optimization and Supply Chain Finance product development. You will partner with Sales, Trade Credit Risk, Trade Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and other internal lines of business to determine and deliver the SCF strategy and growth for the EMEA region.

You will define a strategy that aligns with the global TWC objectives while leveraging unique opportunities and addressing specific challenges within the EMEA region. This will involve ensuring SCF strategy adapts to meet changing market and client needs, considering competition, market dynamics, macro-economic and regulatory impacts.

You will own P&L including delivery of revenue goals, achievement of expense targets, management of cost allocations, and introduction of product-specific initiatives to improve product profitability. You will also be part of the EMEA Regional Management team with deal approver responsibilities.

In addition, you will drive country and currency expansion in EMEA, managing product build-out to ensure global capabilities become best in class within the industry. You will lead legal/tax/compliance discussions with internal Legal partners and external legal counsels to ensure product meets evolving requirements in every jurisdiction.

Finally, you will develop product training, marketing materials, and provide RFP support. Partner closely with Regional Management and Functional partners to achieve product goals. Stakeholder Management:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in Supply Chain Finance or Structured Working Capital from a Product Management perspective. Deep understanding of the EMEA market is valued. Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.
