About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Internal Audit Director to join our team at Ki Insurance. As a key member of our risk management function, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhanced controls and processes.
  2. Plan and execute audits to validate the adequacy and operating effectiveness of our internal controls, including reviewing policies, protocols, and procedures.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders to scope and plan audits, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and its risks.
  4. Produce high-quality audit reports and recommendations, providing actionable insights to drive business improvement.
  5. Collaborate with management to implement audit findings and ensure ongoing monitoring and oversight of agreed actions.
  6. Manage third-party audit partners to ensure delivery of high-quality audit services within budget and scope.
  7. Provide expert advice on risk management and internal controls, supporting the development of our Group Strategy.
