Supporting Children Specialist

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with special needs at The Ropemakers Academy. This role requires an individual who can work as part of a team, developing provisions that cater to the unique needs of each child.
The successful candidate will be committed to providing a nurturing approach, utilising therapeutically based teaching strategies and excellent classroom management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement innovative educational programs.
- To provide emotional support and guidance to children experiencing behavioural, emotional or learning difficulties.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to ongoing assessments.
**Requirements:**
- An unwavering commitment to the well-being and education of children with special needs.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality education in a therapeutic setting.
**Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
