A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Property Lawyer to join our team at The Ambitious Group in Gateshead. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer with a strong background in Residential Conveyancing. You will have a proven track record of successfully handling complex property transactions, from inception to completion. Your expertise will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes;
- Protecting client interests while taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering;
- Obtaining and checking land registry documents and title deeds;
- Drafting legal documents, including contracts and HM Land Registry documents;
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- At least 3 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing working as a Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor;
- Ability to title check unaided;
- Experience seeing a case through from inception to completion;
- Experience of using a legal case management system;
