About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Hull. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and shaping our pharmacy services, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care to our customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in pharmacy management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability, while maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
  • Manage the pharmacy department, including staff competence, services, systems, records, and standards.
  • Regularly audit staff, services, systems, records, and standards to ensure that they meet the required standards.
