We are seeking experienced RICS accredited Residential Surveyors to join our nationwide team. As a leading provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services, we complete over one property inspection every 12 seconds, employing more than 600 surveyors from Land's End to John O'Groats and Northern Ireland.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled individuals to work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, and estate agents in addition to private customers. Our size and large network of lenders enable us to offer concise postcode coverage, reducing travel time between surveys and increasing productivity.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification experience in residential surveying.
