Epic Integration Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Integration Architect to join our team at Hyperexponential Ltd. As an expert in system integration, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining libraries and components that enable seamless interaction between various systems.

In this role, you will work closely with our Product Engineering team to drive new features and improvements, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining system integration libraries and components
  • Acting as 'Customer Zero' to drive new features and improvements

You will also contribute to the development of reusable assets, such as use-cases, handbooks, and playbooks, that absorb demand upstream. Additionally, you will promote hx in the industry and community through blogging, speaking at meetups and conferences.

Initial deliverables include attending Revenue University and becoming 'Revenue Certified' within one month, shadowing a client workshop within one month, and leading a client workshop within three months.

Requirements include:

  • Clear evidence of credibility, confidence in skills and abilities, and a track record of working with clients to deliver effective and efficient solutions
  • Software development skills and experience, ideally in Python or other languages
  • Sound technical knowledge across multiple competencies and levels, including APIs, networking, databases, security, compliance, observability, and architecture
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders and colleagues

Bonus points for experience working with insurance technology, high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS scaleups, and producing requirements for internal product development teams.
