We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as an Agent Assistant. This role offers invaluable exposure to the inner workings of the entertainment industry, providing hands-on experience in talent representation and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with artists, managers, promoters, and production management on all aspects of show/tour administration
  • Create and issue artist show contracts
  • Develop and maintain full artist touring schedules, liaising with management and tour managers
  • Handle a high volume of emails and respond to calls
  • Book Agent travel and maintain accurate records
  • Update booking system with data entry and maintain database records
  • Represent the company at shows and festivals
  • Collate ticket sales information and distribute to relevant parties
  • Oversee tour artwork and announcements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with managers, artists, venues, and promoters
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Agent's Assistant with knowledge of the live music industry
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Presentation skills for dealing with high-profile clients
  • Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
  • Keen interest in new music and staying up-to-date with industry trends
