Cleaning Operative 4pm

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Johnsons 1871. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our office spaces, conference rooms, and meeting areas.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety. You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve this goal, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a methodical approach to cleaning, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You will also be required to work well under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate a positive and approachable attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Methodically clean and disinfect office spaces, conference rooms, and meeting areas to the highest standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

- Participate in training courses and attend meetings as required.
- Undertake additional duties as necessary, in line with your capabilities and the needs of the business.
