Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Programme Manager to deliver both simple and complex technology programmes that support colleagues and help serve our customers better. The successful candidate will have strong delivery assurance capabilities and be able to ensure the appropriate approach for each project.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role comes with a range of benefits, including annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary, holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day, and private medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and track a plan to deliver programme goals, including technical implementation plan
- Understand trade-offs in software delivery using experience and influencing skills to drive consensus with Engineering and Product teams
- Foresee potential risks and issues, establish a process, facilitate discussion and manage escalations
- Understand technical architecture to foresee impact on dependencies, delivery timelines and implementation plans

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven record of accomplishment in delivering technology programmes across multiple infrastructure technologies
- Business Analysis skills to ensure scoping of work and initiation of projects is clear and well documented
- Experience of building credible relationships and influencing senior management
- Strategic thinking and problem solving demonstrating resolution independence
- Finance and Procurement experience ensuring delivery approach is clear
- Core Technology fundamentals in infrastructure with SDLC and ITSM training
- Key understanding of when to use appropriate Programme Methodologies
- Managing Risk within projects and programmes
- Delivering Programme Governance at senior levels
- Good reporting skills for programmes and financial forecasting
