Financial Analyst

We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our close-knit finance team. The ideal candidate will be at least part AAT qualified and have experience with Sage 50.

This role is suitable for someone looking to pursue a career within a company that offers development and progression, with potential line management responsibilities in the future.

The successful Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing the management accounts, year-end reports, and analyzing findings to provide relevant suggestions and recommendations regarding business spending.

Duties include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts for senior management, including P/L and balance sheet reports
• Bank reconciliations
• Updating stock movements and posting stock journals
• Updating fixed assets registers and posting monthly depreciation
• Posting intercompany transactions and account reconciliations
• Preparing and posting monthly payroll journals across all companies in the group
• Ownership and preparation of Group P/L and Group Cash Flow monthly
• Processing payroll monthly across the group
