Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the earthmoving equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostic work of earthmoving equipment using a laptop.
  • Carry out effective maintenance and repair work on equipment on customer sites.
  • Service, inspection and repair of earthmoving machinery and equipment.
  • Return all warranty and other return parts cleaned and on time.
  • Escalate actions in relation to broken or damaged company equipment.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering experience.
  • Heavy Plant or agriculture experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 in a related industry.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to run diagnostic repairs.
