General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our busy restaurant and bar, offering a unique blend of management skills, customer service expertise, and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As the go-to person for all aspects of restaurant operations, you will be responsible for managing a team, ordering, stock control, health and safety, and ensuring our high standards are maintained in every area of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a General Manager in a branded restaurant environment, with experience of working at high volume, with fresh produce. You will have a positive and proactive management style, share our passion for providing the highest quality customer service, and possess bundles of energy alongside a winning smile and common sense in abundance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

• Oversee ordering, stock control, and inventory management to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Directors to develop standards and drive the business forward

Salary to £40,000 depending on experience
