At Inspired Gaming, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amusement Arcade Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our amusement arcade in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in general management and be comfortable with managing teams, assets, and customer relationships. As an Amusement Arcade Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing machine density, planning new site applications, and driving profitability through effective income margin improvement.

A strong focus on operational excellence, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this position. You'll work closely with site management to develop business strategies and maintain longevity of contract.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
