Financial Operations Assistant

At Clover HR, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our busy finance team in managing the financial operations of the group. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation of management accounts and reports.
* Reconcile bank statements and other key control accounts.
* Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Requirements:

* Experience of working in an accounts department preferably in a similar role.
* AAT qualification or equivalent would be an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software preferably Xero.
* Good MS Excel skills.
