Valuations Manager - Estate Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valuations Manager to join our dynamic team at Remarkable Jobs. As a key member of our property services team, you will play a vital role in expanding our property register, securing instructions, and maximizing branch profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  2. Property Valuations: Conduct thorough property valuations to provide accurate and reliable assessments.
  3. Marketing and Advertising: Effectively advertise properties, arrange viewings, and register applicants to maximize sales potential.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors through various communication channels.
  5. Sales Performance: Meet personal and branch sales targets by building strong relationships and negotiating effectively.
  6. Community Engagement: Establish and nurture alliances within the local community to drive business growth and reputation.
  7. Communication and Relationship Building: Facilitate communication between clients and vendors, and build strong internal and external relationships.
  8. Data Management: Ensure accurate property details and data entry to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  9. Sales Support: Manage property sales from viewing to closure, and provide support to branch management with various tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential sales, with a proven track record in securing new business.
  2. Driving License: Full driving license required.
  3. Listing and Valuation Experience: Listing and/or valuation experience is essential.
  4. Sales and Customer Service Skills: Excellent sales ability, strong customer service skills, and a positive attitude are required.
  5. Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and self-motivation are necessary.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change and build strong relationships is essential.
