We are seeking an experienced Care and Support Manager to join our team at John Grooms Court, a residential home in Norwich. As a Care and Support Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support.

Job Description

  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure that residents receive person-centered care and support.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop new business opportunities and improve service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • CQC registration and Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
