Join Our Team as a Bar Waiting Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Waiting Team Member to join our team at the Brewery Tap in Blandford Forum. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Aged 18+ as you will be required to serve alcohol unsupervised.
  • Well presented and a confident communicator with an eye for detail.
  • Committed to achieving success as part of a team.

  • Able to reliably manage the commute.

Previous experience and knowledge of bar & waiting in hospitality operations with a busy food profile is an advantage.
