Job Description
As a key member of our HR & Payroll team, you will be responsible for managing tasks, improving our HR & Payroll systems, and ensuring GDPR compliance. With your experience in operating within a transaction processing environment, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
* Manage tasks within a Payroll/Pensions team
* Improve HR & Payroll systems
* Maintain GDPR compliance

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a Payroll/Pensions team
* SAP database experience
* Advanced Microsoft package skills
* Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills

What We Offer:
Coleman James Ltd provides excellent benefits, including pension schemes, life insurance, and flexible working arrangements. Salary range is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
