We are seeking a highly skilled EIA Consultant to join our UK Impact Assessment department, part of our Global Impact Assessment Spearhead. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating statutory EIA and non-statutory environmental assessment processes for major development proposals in the energy sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental baseline data collection strategies, interpreting data and providing expert advice on environmental and sustainability constraints and opportunities for development.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with Ramboll colleagues, supply chain partners, and clients, providing advanced report writing skills and efficient peer review.
  • Support and lead key technical and commercial aspects of project delivery, including the preparation of figures and materials for stakeholder meetings and public consultations.
  • Participate in public consultations and provide advisory skills in relation to preparing materials for stakeholder meetings.
About You:
  • Appropriate degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or a related environmental discipline.
  • Master's degree in an environmental discipline (advantageous).
  • Prior EIA coordination experience on complex projects, with experience in the energy sector advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
