Job Overview:

Fanatics, Inc. seeks an experienced Print Management Specialist to lead our pre-press team. This critical role involves overseeing the pre-press operations, ensuring the successful execution of pre-press activities for our trading card products, and managing a team of pre-press professionals.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    Supervise and lead a team of pre-press technicians and designers, editorial and QA team.
  2. Pre-Press Process:
    Oversight of the entire pre-press workflow, from file preparation to proofing and final approval.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    Implementation and enforcement of quality control measures to ensure high-quality print-ready files.
  4. Technology and Software:
    Staying current with the latest pre-press technologies and software.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in a similar pre-press management role.
  3. Proven experience in a pre-press management role within the printing or trading card industry.
  4. Proficient in industry-standard pre-press software and equipment.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
