About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Innovate Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality complex care to our clients within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective clinical management of allocated Packages of Care, ensuring clients receive high-quality standards of complex care.
  • Ensure all staff across your packages of care have relevant knowledge, skill, and competency sign-offs completed before working alone.
  • Develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with external medical and clinical agencies, including CCGs, CCN, Community Pediatrician, GPs, Consultants, and other healthcare providers.
  • Uphold the code of professional conduct of the NMC and maintain a high level of clinical governance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective systems of medical management, including job planning, appraisal, and clinical assessment.
Requirements
  • RSCN (Paediatric Nursing) or RGN (Adult Nursing) qualification.
  • Active Registration with NMC.
  • Valid car driver's license and access to own vehicle.
  • At least 5 years post-registration experience in a relevant clinical area, such as PICU/HDU/NICU/Community Complex.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical governance and effective systems of medical management.
  • Good knowledge base of Tracheostomy care and associated risks and management.
  • Good knowledge and base of Ventilator care and management in the community.
