Role Overview
The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Multi Tradesperson to join our team. As a Multi Tradesperson, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of maintenance works in tenanted properties and communal areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
- Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
- Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
- Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Coordination Team.
- To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.
- To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
- To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements.
Requirements
- Essential: Previous experience in a similar role.
- Essential: City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline OR Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade.
- Essential: Current full UK driving licence.
- Experience in joinery and tiling along with basic plumbing and plastering would be desirable.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Must be able to follow security and safety processes.
- Essential: Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management.
- Good IT skills.
- Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements and risk assessments.
