Job Description

Walker Cole International is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the External Manufacturing function. As the Head of External Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing all externalised manufacturing activities, including drug product and substance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of all externalised manufacturing activities
  • Technical point of contact for external CDMOs
  • Lead Technology transfer activities to CMO partners
  • Successfully manage cross-functional projects/programs
  • Manage and grow a small team of specialists

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • BSc/MSc in a relevant subject (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science)
  • At least 10 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical drug development (OSDs or Sterile products)
  • Proven experience managing external CDMO partners
