Paver Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Paver Specialist to join our team at Building Careers UK. As a Flagging Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and laying paving slabs (flags) to ensure high-quality finishes for residential pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and level ground surfaces for paving installation.
• Lay flags, slabs, and other paving materials to high industry standards.
• Ensure all work is done to specification and within deadlines.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in flagging, especially in social housing.
• Residency near our business operations.
• NVQ certification is preferable.
• Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to high standards.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations in construction.
