We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Director to join our team at Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited in Northampton. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial functions of the organization, including managing budgets, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing month end accounts to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Liasing and reporting to senior management team.
  • Report revenue, gross margin and weekly volume to the Financial Controller.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial functions of the organization.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Requirements:
  • Part/full Qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Fully computer literate and an advanced user of Excel.
  • Analytical with excellent attention for detail and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Keen on developing relationships.
  • Resilient with the ability to work under pressure and at pace.
