About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our members, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, and contributing to the overall success of our gyms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver personalized training programs for members, focusing on their specific goals and needs.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans to help members achieve their fitness objectives.
  • Lead group training sessions, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
  • Provide guidance and support to members on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement new training programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of member progress and provide regular feedback and encouragement.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification or equivalent.
  • CIMSPA membership certificate 'Practioner' Level.
  • Public Liability Insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
