Product Associate Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and analytical Product Associate to play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our product suite while ensuring strict adherence to Consumer Duty regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new product features aligned with consumer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Consumer Duty Compliance: Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation to support Consumer Duty compliance across the product lifecycle.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with evolving Consumer Duty regulations and industry best practices.
  • User-Centric Focus: Gather and analyse user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the customer engagement team to test and refine messaging and engagement strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.
