About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Practitioner to join our team at Vero HR Ltd. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning space that meets the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide regular updates to parents on their child's progress and development.
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 2 or above childcare qualification.
  • Have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
  • Ability to create an engaging and stimulating environment.
  • Ability to form and maintain relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional completed training courses are desirable.

  • A competitive salary of £22,006 - £25,272 per annum dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours across Monday-Friday (Shifts: 07:30-16:30, 08:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00 with half a day off)
