Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Job Description:

A well-established law firm with over 200 years of experience is seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team at their Corby office. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support to clients, as well as contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts.

About the Role:

  • Support long-term clients and establish new relationships through business development and networking.
  • Provide expert legal advice on a range of Dispute Resolution matters, including Landlord and Tenant disputes, Contentious Probate, Contractual Disputes, Employment Law, and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
  • Contribute to the mentoring and technical advice required by clients and other team members.
  • Oversee team members as required and provide support to ensure excellent client care and services.
  • Participate in the firm's marketing efforts and attend networking events to promote the firm.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Dispute Resolution.
  • Expertise in a range of Dispute Resolution disciplines, including Landlord and Tenant disputes, Contentious Probate, Contractual Disputes, Employment Law, and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
  • Ability to contribute to the mentoring and technical advice required by clients and other team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: 8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, office-based.
