About the Role

Calex UK (Learning & Development) is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Training Specialist and Product Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to Mazda dealerships across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for commercial and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Commercial Trainer to create and implement training curricula.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to delegates to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure delegate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure training content is relevant and accurate.
  • Work closely with the Mazda team to understand business needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with delegates and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the automotive sector, with a focus on commercial and product training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Adobe Connect.
