Commercial Gas Engineer Opportunity

Our client is a small family-owned and managed company who carry out a wide range of mechanical and technical services to both domestic and commercial clients in the South West.

Job Summary

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out plant room installations and system upgrades
  • Carrying out regular PPM visits on commercial sites
  • Carrying out reactive fault finding and repairs on gas and heating systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience
  • Excellent knowledge of gas repairs and servicing in both domestic and commercial environments which includes any relevant regulations, legislation and best practice
  • Commercial Gas Safe ACS Qualifications
  • OFTEC (desirable)
  • NVQ Level 3 desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communications skill - both written and verbal
  • Full driving licence
  • Clear DBS
  • CSCS

Terms of Employment

Working hours Monday - Friday 8.30pm

All engineers are expected to work the on-call rota (1 week in 7)
