About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Bartley Green Lodge Residential Care Home. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team of care professionals with passion and commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Lead a team of care professionals with passion and commitment
  • Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Ensure the highest quality of personalized care to residents
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £28,048.00 to £35,048.00 per annum
  • 40 hours per week

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a residential setting
  • A full, valid driver's licence
  • Access to own vehicle (desirable)
