Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Receptionist/Café Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation and cooking, and maintaining a clean and tidy café environment.

Café Duties
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking breakfasts and lunches, including hot and cold options.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and tidy café environment.
  • Support the catering manager with any additional duties as required.
Reception Duties
  • Answer telephone calls and direct them to the correct department or personnel in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Report any problems with the automated system to the relevant personnel.
  • Follow up on any calls not returned to customers.
  • Meet and greet customers, ensuring they sign in and out for Health and Safety purposes.
Skills Required

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, a cheerful disposition, and a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality. They must be punctual, able to prioritize tasks, and follow specific instructions accurately. Additionally, they must be able to document and pass information accurately.
