Culinary Artiste

We are seeking a talented and experienced Culinary Artiste to lead our culinary team in Helston, creating exceptional dining experiences for Defence on a full-time basis.

As a key member of our team, you will prepare and serve high-quality food that delights our clients and customers, ensuring a consistently positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing new menu concepts that showcase your culinary expertise
• Overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and adhering to Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
• Collaborating with colleagues to create engaging and creative food experiences that exceed customer expectations
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal kitchen stock and minimizing waste
• Representing Compass UK & Ireland and upholding the company's reputation through exceptional service and presentation
