About the Role

Ferrero is seeking a skilled Commercial Quality Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality across the UK market. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products from production to delivery.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our quality management systems, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

In addition, you will provide guidance and support to colleagues on quality-related matters, participate in audits and inspections, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
