About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at TN Recruits Ltd. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the firm's business development capabilities, analysing revenue, lead generation, ROAS, and identifying new profit and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Expanding the firm's business development capabilities, analysing revenue, lead generation, ROAS, and identifying new profit and growth opportunities.
* Coordinating and organising client-focused events, seminars, and webinars.
* Managing the digital distribution of newsletters.
* Growing client reviews and overseeing submissions for legal accreditations.
* Supporting fee earners in enhancing their business development skills and expanding their networks.

About You:

* Minimum of 4 years experience within Marketing (if you have experience within the legal industry this will be advantageous, however other sectors will also be considered).
* Outstanding communicator with adept relationship management and presentation skills.
* Excellent IT and Online skills.
* Comfortable and experienced in working across different cultures and professional levels.
* A proactive, tenacious approach, combined with strong analytical thinking.
* Passionate about exceeding both short and long-term business goals.
