Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the guest services team and ensuring exceptional service throughout guests' stays.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing front desk and limited food and beverage operations during the night, managing reservations, handling guest complaints, and maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.

You will also be responsible for training staff, developing and implementing guest service policies and procedures, and maintaining positive relationships with guests to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience as a Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Night Manager at hotels. You must be able to provide guidance and feedback to staff members, handle customer complaints and queries professionally, and demonstrate effective corrective coaching.

You should also have a commitment to training and be able to effectively use the role of Training Coordinator to plan and record training.
