Job Summary

We are seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to provide personalised care and support to our service user. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily routines, engaging in hobbies, and providing essential care throughout the day and night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with medication administration and management
  • Assist with mobility and handling, including transfers and repositioning
  • Engage in hobbies and activities with the service user
  • Provide emotional support and companionship

Requirements

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication administration training
  • Personal care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving licence
