Care Support Specialist

Your Role
As an Adult Care Worker Apprentice, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, maintaining thorough records, and working with families to deliver person-centred care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be kind and empathetic, and strive to provide the highest standard of care. You should also be able to work well within a team and on your own initiative.
