About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer in Test to join our team at Veson Nautical. As a Software Engineer in Test, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manual test plans and functional testing on web and mobile applications
  • Develop and execute end-to-end UI, API, workflow, and integration tests
  • Develop testing tools, frameworks, and pipelines used for day-to-day release hardening and development testing
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on test cases, automation failures, and feature designs
  • Work closely with the Engineering and SRE teams to define, develop, and maintain a wide range of automated tests and code deployments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience writing manual test plans and doing in-depth testing based on feature requirements
  • 3+ years' experience building, designing, and maintaining Automation Test Frameworks
  • Experience with a variety of testing tools and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, or any other substitute technologies
  • Strong understanding of UI automation and subsequent tools
  • Strong understanding of API testing and subsequent tools
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to speak French is a plus
  • Knowledge of Graphql is a plus
  • Experience testing mobile applications is a plus
  • Knowledge of performance testing is a plus
