About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at the Crooked Billet - Harvester. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading a section, training and inspiring your team, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive team performance and achieve targets through effective leadership and communication.
  • Train and develop your team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of health and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
