We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our community care team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

You will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to develop your skills and knowledge in these areas. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as maternity/paternity leave, paid annual leave, and a refer a friend scheme.
