We are seeking a qualified and experienced Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our team at a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents.


Job Details:

  • Providing care and support to adult residents at a care home, including assisting with daily activities, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring constant safety.
  • Must be a manual driver with a valid driving license.
  • Charting daily observations, mobility activity, and eating percentages to aid continued client assessment.
  • Aiding service users in everyday activities, such as washing and dressing, ensuring effective care.

  • Right to work in the UK documents (Passport & BRP)
DBS (Must be on Update Service)

  • NI Document
  • Vaccine pass
  • Driving license
  • A clear picture of yours (For Profile)
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience as a care assistant in the UK
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including wake nights and weekends, as per the agency's rota
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
