Job Overview:

Indotronix Avani UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Aircraft Avionics Supervisor to support major UK programmes such as Apache, Chinook, C-17, P-8A, and E7 Wedgetail. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the avionics maintenance and repair of aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of avionics technicians in the maintenance and repair of aircraft avionics systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal aircraft availability
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their avionics requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for avionics maintenance and repair

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in avionics maintenance and repair, preferably in a military or aerospace environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for avionics maintenance and repair
